M&C Fantasy Football League Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Montgomery & Cunnington Limited, company number 10881707, whose registered office is Rivers Lodge, West Common, Harpenden, England, AL5 2JD.

1. Eligibility

​

The M&C Fantasy Football League is open to individuals who:

  • are aged 18 or over;

  • are ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom; and

  • have a genuine professional, commercial, educational or employment connection with the UK property, construction or built-environment sectors.

Only one entry is permitted per person. Entrants must provide accurate registration details and a genuine email address.

2. How to enter

​

Entry is free.

To enter, participants must:

  1. complete the official registration form;

  2. accept these Terms and Conditions; and

  3. join the M&C league using the code provided after registration.

Joining the online league without completing the M&C registration form does not make a participant eligible for a prize.

3. Prizes

​

The prizes are:

  • Overall winner: £250;

  • Runner-up: one bottle of champagne; and

  • Manager of the Month: £25 One4all gift card for each eligible competition month.

No purchase is necessary. Prizes are non-transferable and no alternative will be provided except where the Promoter reasonably needs to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.

4. Manager of the Month

​

Manager of the Month will be awarded to the eligible entrant achieving the highest net Fantasy Premier League score during the relevant monthly period, based on official game data.

Any points deducted for transfers will be included. If eligible entrants finish level on points, the entrant placed highest by the official game ranking will win.

Monthly awards will be made for September 2026 to April 2027.

5. Overall standings

​

The overall winner and runner-up will be determined by the final official league standings following completion of the 2026/27 season.

The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility and prize administration is final, although this does not affect any entrant’s legal rights.

6. Verification and disqualification

​

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence that an entrant meets the eligibility requirements.

Entries may be rejected or removed where they involve:

  • false or misleading information;

  • duplicate entries;

  • automated, temporary or disposable contact details;

  • manipulation or abuse of the competition;

  • breach of these Terms and Conditions; or

  • breach of the official game rules.

Receipt of a league code does not by itself confirm prize eligibility.

7. Winner notification

​

Winners will be contacted using the email address submitted during registration.

A winner must respond within 14 days of the notification. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, does not respond within that period or cannot demonstrate eligibility, the Promoter may award the prize to the next eligible entrant.

Prizes will normally be provided within 30 days of the winner being confirmed.

8. Winner announcements

​

Montgomery & Cunnington Ltd intends to announce Manager of the Month winners, the runner-up and the overall winner on its website, LinkedIn page and related league communications.

Announcements may include the winner’s:

  • name;

  • company or organisation;

  • FPL team name;

  • score; and

  • league position.

Before publication, winners may object to their information being published or ask for the amount of information published to be reduced. Where a winner objects, the Promoter may publish more limited information sufficient to demonstrate that a valid award took place.

9. Personal information

​

Registration information will be used to:

  • administer the league;

  • provide joining information;

  • communicate important league updates;

  • verify eligibility;

  • contact and award winners; and

  • maintain records showing that prizes were awarded properly.

Entrants who separately select “Keep me updated” may also receive occasional M&C news, project updates, invitations and information about future competitions.

Entrants may unsubscribe from these additional emails at any time. Unsubscribing will not affect league membership, standings or prize entitlement.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Montgomery & Cunnington Privacy Policy, available at montgomerycunnington.co.uk/Privacy-Policy.

10. Changes or cancellation

​

The Promoter may suspend, amend or cancel the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, including material changes to or withdrawal of the official fantasy game.

The Promoter will endeavour to communicate any material changes fairly and promptly.

11. Relationship with the Premier League

​

This competition is independently organised by Montgomery & Cunnington Ltd. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Premier League, its clubs or Fantasy Premier League.

Participation remains subject to the official game’s rules and terms.

12. Governing law

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants retain any mandatory rights available to them under the law applicable where they live.
